Cancellation and Refund Policy
Excluding the Safer Drivers Course
More than 24 hours notice - No charge. Refund or reschedule lesson.
Less than 24 hours notice - $45 fee charged.
If the Instructor arrives at pick up location and customer not available - Full lesson charged.

If you are not happy with our services, we are happy to discuss a refund of any prepaid unused lessons. Payments made with a credit card MUST be refunded to the same card.
Safer Drivers Course
If ALL THINGS DRIVING is unable to deliver the Safer Drivers Course as advertised when you booked, you'll be offered your choice of a full refund or moved to an alternate date for the Safer Drivers Course.

If the Learner is unable to attend on the day you have booked the following will apply:

More than seven (7) days notice - Full refund or reschedule Course.
Less than seven (7) days notice - No refund or reschedule available. ( Course fee is forfeited )
Non attendance on Course day - No refund or reschedule available. ( Course fee is forfeited )
